The quality of the tea is essential. We associate with experts who are Taiwan masters of tea ceremony, special tea art instructors, tea makers so that we want to serve a tasty, healthy, authentic Taiwan Oolong tea.

We don’t approve ‘moderate Oolong tea’. We visit tea farmers, tea maker’s sites, and buy products directly. And we’ve gone around tea stores in Taipei town, and actually been studying dishes, sweets, tea tools, and store’s atmosphere.
